Aifee Jewelry

At Aifee Jewelry, part of its mission is to be 100% transparent about the origins of its products. To keep this transparency, Aifee ships each package with a postcard and thank you card that states the artisan’s name, who made the product, and how long it took them to craft it.

This project is 100% Moroccan, and it’s one of the stunning and challenging projects I’m working on. How is that possible?

Customers frequently inquire about the items’ origins, necessitating constant attention to detail. As a social media manager, my top goal is to respond to community inquiries and, most importantly, share testimonies.

The excellent news is that the project will expand its presence to Tunisia and France in the following year, which means that almost everything about the Digital Marketing approach will have to adjust to accommodate each country’s attitude, strategy, and concept.

The problem:

          ⛔️ ROI on social media – Paid social advertising and influencer promotion challenge.

          ⛔️ Finding the different points of sale in Morocco.

          ⛔️ Managing and growing Aifee’s community.

          ⛔️ Staying inspired, optimistic, and consistently creating and executing strategies.

The solution and work process:

Aifee Jewelry is not about posting things that seem catchy for the audience and waiting for sales growth.

When I started working with this brand, I focused on how we can differentiate it from the local brands, what type of audience we want to build and who our personas are, and how we can manage the Media Ads and optimize them while growing the community.

The 1st step: Benchmarking.

The 2nd step: Creating a Graphic Charter:

After mastering the benchmark, it was time to create a minimalist graphic layout. The reason for creating a graphic charter is to be recognized easily by our audience whenever AIFEE shows up in their feed, and I must admit that we get great feedback concerning that part.

The 3rd step: Paid Media and looking for influencers:

Searching for influencers is an exciting step, but it also can be frustrating if you’re looking for the wrong side of what type of influencer your brand needs. Here is the process to solve that challenging issue:

          ✅ Check Aifee’s competitors’ followers,         

          ✅ Search for the influencers that represent and follow the same fields as Aifee’s,        

          ✅ Examine the performance (Engagement rate, followers range, check for what type of interactions they are getting …) No place for fake followers & engagement is needed.

          ✅ Prepare a presentation to the client, contact the selected ones, and make a deal.

As I previously stated, planning the monthly editorial, including the preparation of visuals and reporting, both Paid Media metrics and the online shop statistics, makes the whole project interesting because, in E-commerce, everything changes.
